All hall rental reservations are initiated in person, by phone or via email. Please contact us to answer your questions regarding hall rental, to identify a date for your event, and to complete the reservation to lock in the date. Additional Notes and Reminders
- The kitchen must be left completely clean. If it is not clean, an additional cleaning charge will be assessed.
- The Hall Cleaning fee is for normal cleaning only. There will be an extra charge for gum or wax removal, parking lot cleaning or any other excessive cleaning requirements caused by event guests.The hall is a clean, non-smoking facility. Ash trays are provided outside, in the covered entryway.
- The Grand Hall and limited kitchen Amenities are included in the rent. All other areas are OFF LIMITS unless special arrangements are made prior to the event.
- The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission TABC requires that all alcoholic beverages be supplied by the St. Anthony Association - no exceptions. No alcoholic beverages of any type are to be brought onto the premises.
- Per TABC laws, all alcoholic beverages must be consumed inside the building. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are to be taken out or consumed in the parking lot - including sitting in or on a vehicle. No alcohol can enter or leave the facility. All guests must provide a valid ID. All TABC and other alcoholic beverage laws are applicable.
- A non-alcoholic punch (except RED) may be served if previously approved by the Hall Manager. Any violators of this rule will be asked to leave the premises.
- The Lessee (renter) must provide the Lessor (Hall Rental) with legible copies of all food receipts. This includes, but not limited to, catered meals, hors d'oeuvres, snacks, cakes, desserts, etc... Your Security Deposit will be retained until the copies are provided.
- Children under the age of seventeen (17) are subject to Bedford Curfew Laws. Click for info: Teen Curfew
- No items are to be left in the hall after your event without prior approval of the Hall Manager
- Decorations may not be tacked, stapled, adhered, taped or otherwise secured to the walls, doors, tables, chairs, floor, ceiling or other Amenities.
- Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by holder of license to carry a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (concealed handgun law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun. Section 30.06
